Music Station SP 2009 subs continued

So just a short announcement, but Newshfan has now subbed all clips of Johnny's groups from the Music Station Special.

Also only 11 more hours until Johnny's Countdown! woot!

So for Christmas, my mom got Wii Fit and while my family was playing it I remembered when Yamapi played it on Hey!x3 for his "Summer Time" performance with NEWS. I had to re-watch it because its so funny and thought I should post it for those who haven't seen it (or wish to enjoy Pi's hip-moving action once more ^^).

Closing of 2009, anticipations of 2010

As the year of 2009 is coming to a close I thought it only appropriate to look back at the year and then introduce the new releases for 2010. I know there is more dramas than this that JE boys have starred in, but my computer started acting stupid on the dramawiki so I couldn't get the rest, but I know Tegoshi had a SP and Ryo had a SP that was part of the 24-hour television.

*Okay, so any shoujo manga readers should recognize this title. When I found out this story was becoming a drama I was super excited and immediately went to see how good the cast is. Once I found out BOTH Tegoshi and Kame were in this I was pretty much sold and then I found out later Uchi was in it and declared this drama the JE drama paradise of 2010! I don't recognize the 4th boy at all though...heard something about him actually being a dancer. Need more info on this boy...

*I have to sadly admit I didn't hear about Nino being in this movie until today ^^;. This movie is based off a manga which I also haven't heard much about (but I haven't been an avid manga reader for probably a year or so now. Just once in awhile I pick up a good manga). I guess it also isn't the type of manga I read, but it a type of drama/movie I would watch. (I'm a lot more loose when it comes to just watching this, especially when they have Nino in them (^.-) Anyway, can't wait to see more of this.

Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac

*Okay, so it seems like I've been waiting for this movie for FOREVER!! They SAID it would come out in October 2009, but now not until March 2010? Well, at least there is news on it now while before it was all just rumors. I was so excited about this movie I actually went out and read the book. It was actually really good so it made me even more excited. Also is it just me or does Tesshi look AMA-ZING in those glasses?
*The other thing I'm excited about for this film is that it is supposedly going to release in the United States as well since there are some American actors and actresses in the film. I'm hoping this also means a red carpet premiere in L.A. (PLEASE not New York, they already got Sakurai Sho and Yamapi! It's time for Cali to get some action). I'm also hoping that this means Tegoshi will be in the same state as me so then I can go down to L.A. to meet him ^0^. This might just be hopeful wishing but maybe this wish will come true!

Tegomass 1st Live Tour DVD - 1/20/10

These are just a couple things 2010 has to offer, but I'm hoping 2010 will be a comeback year for the Johnny's groups to make up for what they were lacking in 2009. A lot of cool, new things came out this year, but sometimes I enjoy the normal groups instead of everybody goin' all solo on us. *looks at Jin and Yamapi* (although I totally loved every moment of their solos)

Oh and don't forget to order your Johnny's calendars of your favorite groups ^^. I already bought my NEWS calendar! All that money I didn't spend on singles and albums that weren't released allowed me to have enough money to buy one this year!

Music Station SP 2009

Did everyone catch Music Station's SP with all the top hits of 2009? If not username 425SENA3 or yuuko010 on youtube has all your needs. This show is a must see for any JE fan or even just a fan of jpop! The boys gave wonderful performances. I love how they all acted like it was just one of their regular concerts by having fun on stage. The first performance I watched was KinKi Kids' (I was watching the program out of order ;p) and near the end Domoto tried to get a hug and a chuu with Koichi, but was rejected. Then with the NEWS performance (so glad to see them again!) Massu obviously messed up and Shige hit him on the head.

Through all of these performances I'm laughing my head off, but then I stop and wonder what other non-JE people think of their performances...but in the end, I only care what JE fans think so it didn't matter *laugh*.

For those who caught the KAT-TUN performance, what did you think of Koki's hair? I'm not really a fan of bleached hair *looks angrily at Taguchi* but I was really digging his fohawk! This was probably the first time I actually found Koki attractive...and its scaring me...ha ha. (sorry for all Koki fans, I like him too I just never found him really attractive). For some reason he looked a lot like Shige use to...well I guess its because its the hair Shige use to have *sad face!* Shige needs that fohawk back!!!

Ok...enough about hair...here are some videos from the performance and if you want sub, NEWShFAN has a sub for the NEWS portion of the show (she might make more subs, but I'm doubting it since she IS a NEWS fan ;P).






Eh...kind of was laughing at Hey!Say!Jump! but I kind of tend to do that every time they perform...I like how they took advantage of the NYCBoys making it into the top and decided to do Christmas music and their other songs. They didn't sing the song I actually like though mayonaka no shadow boy :(

Ok, I won't lie...I make fun of Hey!Say!Jump! because most of them are younger than me but I still actually kind of like them...mostly due to my deep love for Yabu...I think I'll save that love for another post though...

Oh and one last thing...maybe because Arashi's 10th year is FINALLY ending, we'll actually see more of these bands next year...(love you Arashi with all my heart, but when you get in the way of NEWS and I that's when we have problems...)

English subbing is still a working progress. People who are subbing only have the first disk finished and are currently working on the second.

It was so hard for me to choose! I'm excited for both Code Blue season 2 (mostly due to Yamapi) and Wallflower. When I heard Wallflower was becoming a drama I was so excited because I loved that manga. The only thing that could have made it better was having a lot of JE boys...oh wait...Kame, Tegoshi, and Uchi? This HAS to be good. Although I'm not going to lie, I hold a grudge against Uchi for the NEWS thing, but maybe seeing him in a drama will help me like him more.

KAT-TUN Concert and Yamapi's Loveless :D

So how many people are excited for the KAT-TUN concert DVD that is releasing the 16th? Definitely me!

Is it just me or does it seem like most JE groups have been fairly inactive this year. *looks at wallet* Yeah, my wallet actually has money in it...this isn't normal! I guess it is probably due to Arashi's 10th anniversary because they seem to be the only group that is actually doing anything. Luckily I like Arashi or else I would be really angry...The thing that made me forgive NEWS for its lack of releases is Yamapi's new single "Loveless". Any Yamapi fans DEFINITELY need to pick up a copy. I got the limited version B and its pretty much amazing. Especially when I opened up the pamphlet and his self-portrait "novelty" (I love how they worded it on HMV) fell into my lap. For a moment I saw this blinding light of beauty and then I soon recognized it to be Yamapi ^^.

Oh, but crazy stuff. So there is a fansite on facebook (I suggest every Yamapi fan to join because on it is an English translation of his Nikki. A lovely girl named A-chan does this for us) and this one girl posted about someone they knew that bought over a hundred copies of Loveless and brought it back to China with her (that is the picture I have included).

Anyway, hopefully all the groups will be more active next year. I really miss all of them (-_-)

Oh but I guess next year really will start out with a bang with Jin's new movie (can't wait ^0^) and Tegomass's Concert DVD. There are a couple other new dramas coming out with JE boys (I'm especially looking forward to Season 2 of Code Blue).
